Events

All of our wine and food is natural and/or local and that means there’s a good chance it will be unlike anything you’ve tasted before. The artisans that created these wines, drinks, and food are passionate about their craftsmanship and are keen to share their philosophies and techniques with you. We host a range of informal and fun events at the bar, as well as more structured and educational tastings and - our favourite - we organise day trips out to different local vineyards with you.  Photos from various past events are in our gallery. 

See our calendar for events scheduled within the next three months.  Listed below are our regular weekly and monthly activities.

Every Wednesday night - wine tasting: we host an informal wine tasting at the bar. This often includes cameos from the winemakers and producers themselves.  The Wednesday night wine tasting is a fixed price of only £20/person and includes 5 samples of outstanding wines with matched foods.  Wines and foods are served to you at your table; this is not a synchronised swigging event.  Wines and foods featured vary from week to week, see the calendar below for details.  Turn up anytime between 6pm and 9pm; no advance booking required.

Every Thursday night - live Jazz: 8pm-11pm every Thursday we feature various live jazz acts.  Entry is free and the music is fantastic.  Enjoy some fabulous wines while sitting on our sofas and soaking up the vibe.  

Every 1-2 months - vineyard day trips: we organise a tour to a local vineyard, giving you the opportunity to walk through the beautiful vineyards and learn first hand how these fantastic wines are made.  Our gallery includes photos from previous day trips.   See our calendar below for more details.  Advance bookings essential.

Whenever you like: we can build a trip or event to suit your needs.  We are passionate wine lovers and will do everything we can to make your special day, evening or week-end amazing!  We welcome large group bookings and have no minimum spend or booking fee; due to the high demand for our premise, we do require a non-refundable deposit for bookings of 15 people or more, which will be offset against your spend on the event.  Please contact us to discuss creating something unique for your work or personal event.
