Ever want to show off your home cookery skills but didn’t have a big enough space to invite all of your friends?
Ever feel like eating your favourite Take Away food but didn’t feel like having to take it home to eat & clean up?
Have a group of friends or family where some are vegetarian, others want fish, others prefer Chinese?
Have young children who enjoy fast food while you'd just like a good wine out?
Want a perfect bottle of local or natural wine but want a fuller meal than an (albeit delicious) cheese board?
We want all of those things too and so we’d like to welcome you to BYOF – Bring Your Own Food to artisan&vine.
Bring Your Own Food to artisan&vine for a small “plateage” (instead of “corkage”) charge of £2.50 per person. Aside from renting you a nice little space at artisan&vine, plateage buys you use of a plate, cutlery and clean up during your time at artisan&vine. BYOF is available when you buy a bottle of wine at artisan&vine (which we’re happy to re-cork for you to take home if you don’t finish it). artisan & vine keep a range of menus and phone numbers from recommended local take away restaurants, so you can call to order food to be delivered to your table without ever leaving the bar.

How BYOF works:
1. You bring your own food from home, a shop or take away; or you phone a local take away restaurant and place an order.
2. We give you a plate and cutlery.
3. You enjoy your chosen food!
The plateage of £2.50/person is added to your bill... bargain!

Indoor Picnic at artisan&vine!
Indoor Picnics are one of the most excellent forms of BYOF at artisan&vine. Don’t lament the loss of summer – celebrate a your new Battersea Picnic ground (artisan&vine) – safe from the elements and complete with amenities and drinks on tap! BYOF for parties and group bookings
You can choose to BYOF for parties, though we recommend the artisan&vine canape platters, cheese boards or party menus. They're low fuss, full of variety, fancy-outfit-friendly and great value. If you would like to Bring Your Own Food for a party, the plateage charge of £2.50/person applies per person at your party. The exception case is for birthday and celebration cakes, which carry a plateage charge of only £2.50 per cake. Terms and conditions
For the safety and protection of our guests, staff and colleagues, the following terms and conditions apply.
artisan&vine accepts no liability for food poisoning, contamination or fault for food you have brought on to the premise.
artisan&vine Management reserve the right to refuse the presence of any food on the premise for any reason.
Any external beverages found will be confiscated it on the spot. If we find an empty bottle, a charge of £15 per bottle will be leveraged per empty container. Please speak to artisan&vine Management if you have special beverage requirements for babies and infants, we are happy to help here however we can.
Plateage is charged at £2.50 per person for BYOF food. For this, you will be provided with a plate, knife and fork for eating. If you would like an additional plate / bowl / etc and utensils for eating, an a additional £2.50 will be charged.
The £2.50/person plateage charge applies for each person that BYOFs, regardless of whether you use our plates or not.
