WINE TASTING AT ARTISAN&VINE
At artisan & vine we offer wine tasting in friendly and lively surroundings.
Our aim is to allow people to gain an understanding of the wine in a fun and interactive environment. By focusing on each wine and the story behind it we allow
participants a unique insight into methods of wine production, from to harvest through to fermentation and consumption.
Food and wine matching is a favourite hobby at artisan & vine: our food menu is matched to wines and our weekly Wednesday wine tastings include a canape platter specifically matched to wines of the evening. We're also delighted to design custom wine tastings to your requirements.
There are three main wine tasting formats that we run at artisan & vine:
1. Weekly wine tastings
These start at 8pm every Wednesday. Each week we focus on a different theme of interest for wine lovers, novices and enthusiasts alike. The price is normally £20/person to taste 5 wines, with a 50ml portion of each wine and a canape platter with a canape matched to each of the 5 wines. 2. Custom wine tastings
These can be booked for any time for parties of 6 or more people. The cost and focus of the tasting is customised. Prices start from £12/person for 5 x 50ml sample wines.
3. Flights of wine
At any time you can enjoy a flight of wine at artisan&vine. Our flights consist of 3 x 125ml samples, from £12/flight. Wines available for flights are chosen by a&v.
