How do I book a party?
To book a party simply phone us on 020 7228 4997 or use the booking form below artisan & vine can hold parties for up to 150 people, though be quick if it's a weekend: Saturdays normally book out 2-3 months in advance.
How much does it cost?
Here's the best bit - party booking at the artisan & vine is free!!! There are no booking fees or charges. For groups of 12 or more, we require a booking deposit.
Can I book food too?
Of course you can! We have a range of food options to match your party's needs. For group bookings, food can be ordered in advance from our delicious party menus! Please click here to see full details of food options at artisan & vine.
Do you have a late license?
Yes, artisan & vine is a late licence bar. On Friday and Saturday we are happy to say that we able to serve drinks to party goers until 2am. Our licence on other week nights is until midnight.
What about music?
Large groups can bring your own iPod or mp3 playlist and (provided music is attune to our other guests tastes) we'll be delighted to play your music over the bar speakers to help make yours a very personal party experience.
Can I have a wine tasting as a part of my celebrations?
Well this is music to our ears! We'd love to share our wines with you and your friends. Custom group wine tastings start from £12/person for samples of five wines. We can customise themes by country, style or price and guarantee quality wines whatever theme you choose to go with.
Are drinks other than wine available?
Yes! We have lager and cider on tap as well as by the bottle. Real ale is available by the bottle. We stock a range of spirits and liquers, and a variety of non alcoholic drinks too!
Can I bring my own decorations?
Absolutely! Provided your decorations don't damage the premise in any way, or create a safety hazzard for our guests and staff, we'll be happy to see your favourite pictures, posters or balloons add to your own party atmosphere.
Booking deposit
Due to the popularity of artisan & vine as a party venue, we require a booking deposit to secure your group reservation. The booking deposit is 10% of the minimum spend and will be refunded to you at the end of the night, after you've met your minimum spend. The minimum spend for any group of 12 or more is £15 per person. If you'd like to host a private party and book out the entire bar, we have a minimum spend requirement of £2,500 per night.
