artisan&vine is London's first wine bar to specialise in local and natural wines. All of our 100+ wines are either:
1. Natural wines - wines made using organic or biodynamic, low yielding vineyards; minimal or no added sulphites; indigenous yeasts.
2. Local English wines - grapes are grown, fermented and bottled within a two hour drive of Battersea.
artisan&vine opened on 21 July, 2008, and was soon after ranked within the Top Ten Wine Bars in London by Visit London. We're proud to have had some very flattering independent articles and reviews written about us.
artisan&vine is an ideal party venue, with a 2am licence on Friday and Saturday night, and midnight the rest of the week. We have a large space that can be used for dancing and large group bookings (up to 150 people).
In addition to our relaxed late license bar, we are an off-license shop with all of our wines available at reduced "take home" prices. We host a variety of events, wine tastings and vineyard day trips, all designed to showcase the absolute best in boutique wine making.
